Hi all.

Well the football season is coming to an end, but NOT for Walking Football, it runs(walks) all year round.

Both Corby Council (North Northants Council) & Desborough Liesure centre sessions have been going strong since 30/04/2021.

We have seen some new faces @Corby, so welcome to them, the attendaces here have averaged 18/week.

Yesterday's session @Desborough was a little light, probably due to the weather, those that braved the high winds, still enjoyed the session & were as competative as ever, the rain arrived at the end.

At both Corby & Desborough, we saw the return of John Shelton, having recovered from his broken ankle he sustained back in December, well done John, I wince at some of his tackles lol.

Sam Perkins is off sick @the moment, we wish him all the best.

Following my achieving the FA playmaker Certificate.

I have just completed their new online "Introduction to Coaching Football "course.

That is it for now, for obvious reasons material has been a bit thin, hopefully things will pick up, as friendlies, tournaments & a possible Northants league, get back into full swing.
